At Solution we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you have two options for return or exchange. You can simply bring your order in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt to your local store for a refund or exchange. There is no additional shipping or restocking fees when you make an in-store return, however the original shipping fee from your order will not be refunded. Or simply return your order to us within 30 days from the date your order was received and we will issue you a refund or exchange minus the shipping charges. Please note clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Return should be done within 30 days & Replacement/ exchange will be done within 30 days.
Returns without a receipt:
For merchandise returned without receipt, in resalable condition, a store credit note will be issued. Store credit note amount will be for lowest sale price in the last 3 months.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
- If your order has already been shipped or processed, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, you can return the product for a refund, subject to our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products under the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Solutions can arrange for any products to be picked up from customers, any corresponding return shipment fees will be deducted from the amounts refundable. Customers also have the option to ship products back to Solutions after receiving an authorization using their preferred courier, however, charges must be PREPAID, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
